Warm welcome from John and Julie providing tea and orange and a helping hand with luggage on arrival. We had a lovely clean, bright and spacious family room which was always aired and kept at the right temperature. Delicious filling breakfasts too, with plenty of choice. And parking the car was never a problem. Would certainly recommend.

What a wonderful find! We were spending a few days in Devon & Cornwall and found John & Julie's place due to our need of a family room; Perfect!

Travelling with our two teenagers, the room was great and Julie's breakfast with John's capable assistance started each day off perfectly.

I'd decided on the Exton due to the rave reviews on here and I'm very grateful for them, absolutely correct!

Julie and John made us feel welcome with tea on arrival and lots of advice about the local area and where to eat. They completely rearranged the room for us so they could fit a travel cot in and provided us with a baby bath for our little one. The room was clean and the breakfast was lovely also.

Exton Guest House is an excellent place to stay and was fantastic for our first trip away with our 6 month old. It had everything we needed and was great value for money. Very friendly and helpful couple. The house is well kept and very clean. Our room was great and every evening we came back to a really clean, tidy room (not that we left it messy but the towels were rearranged and beds properly made plus ensuite cleaned etc.). Breakfast was lovely with a nice choice available. The house is a 15 min walk to the centre and about 20mins to the harbour we found suitable places to eat before 6pm which suited us with our little girl. Would definitely return to this guest house!
