If you are looking for a great place to stay in Torquay then the Newburgh Guesthouse is the place to go. Nigel and Lynn make you so welcome its like being one of the family. They have a wealth of local information and they made our 4 day stay complete. Breakfast was excellent, cooked by Nigel. As a chef with 44 years experience I must admit I really enjoyed the his breakfasts. Nothing was to much. The tv controls in our room did`nt work. This was sorted out immediately.

The owners are a lovely couple, made the stay amazing, food was great. I reccomend this BB to anyone. Will defiantly stay again :)

Stayed with Nigel and Lynne for fourteen days and enjoyed every relaxing moment! Attentive but never intrusive they are the perfect hosts.
Set in a quiet road but near to all you could want,the sea front being only a short walk away, and the town center a bit further with various nice bars and restaurants close to hand.
Spotlessly clean , with even the loo rolls folded to a point! Nigel cooks a mean breakfast with a good choice of main course.
I am quite a fault finder but there was nothing to fault.
