I asked for a twin ensuite no higher than first floor, due to mobility difficulties. On arrival we were shown to a room 4 flights up.
The room was very small with a small double bed and a single. The toilet cubicle was so small, couldn't sit on loo and close the door. The basin was so tiny that with the shelf above it sticking out you couldn't lean over it to brush your teeth.
The decor was a sort of khaki green which made the room very dark and dismal. The room appeared clean but had limited sockets so you had to keep swopping plugs to boil the kettle, then take it out to get light for bathroom mirror.
Couldn't turn the heating down as the thermostat on radiatior was jammed.
