Spent one night here on our way way round the South West. Our double room was very clean and comfortable with an ensuite bathroom. The property is in a quiet street. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Upon arriving she was able to give us a map and show us where to see the sights. We were able to park our car and walk to the city centre and the "Hoe". Breakfast was great. Make sure to try the bacon. Overall a great place to stay.

I would definitely recommned this B&B, the owners were really friendly and helpful. I stayed in a double room which was very clean and a good size of two people and each room had an en suite which was very convenient!

A very familiar atmosphere - always time for a talk to give tips for walks and trips in south england as well as locations in plymouth for getting excellent food and drinks - tidy and penible clean kept rooms - very comfortable and cosy - we had a relaxing time here and look forward to returning some time!

I stayed in a single room in this guest house during a recent visit to Plymouth.
This guest house is situated within close proximity (5 min walking distance)to the city centre but is in a very quiet position.
My room although a little small was VERY clean and had all the facilities you would require.
I found the owners to be very friendly and helpful without being over friendly !!
The breakfast was very good and cooked to order the organic bacon and sausages being the highlight.
I would recommend a stay in this guest house to anyone wanting a clean,quiet and good value stay in Plymouth.
