This is the nicest B&B we have ever stayed in. When we arrived, we went to our room & it was so warm and welcoming.

There wasnt a spot of dirt/dust to be seen anywhere and it has clearly been looked after/well maintained. The beds were very comfy, we had everything in the room we needed, and the bathroom looked like new as it was so shiny!

Its in a quiet location, about a 2 minute walk to town and there wasnt any noise. When we return to Plymouth, we will definately be staying here again - it was so homely, so comfy it was hard to leave and venture out into the cold!

This was my second experience staying at a B & B in this area and it could not have been more different than my first. The room was exceptionally clean, the hosts very warm and helpful, and the breakfast was well beyond my expectations. The Caledonia House will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Plymouth.

We arrived in the evening on Friday and was welcomed at the door by Dave. We had travelled from Nottingham to run the Plymouth Half and they even did us breakfast early on the Sunday morning so we could eat in time to digest our food before we ran. I found the family/management really friendly and welcoming. We are already looking forward to re-booking for next year. Breakfast was great, tasty and beautifully cooked. It was a fantastic weekend and the stay in this lovely B&B helped make it a time to remember.

Had to come to Devon for an interview and found this place as a last resort as other B&Bs were fully booked. Drove past Birmingham from further north to reach Plymouth same day but could not travel further due to feeling ill on the way. Booking however was non refundable so lost money I could not afford to lose which I can understand is the policy of most B&Bs, but nevertheless, I was disappointed they could not have been a bit more understanding.
