In July I was walking some of the South West Coastal Path and stopped for 1 night. Out of 7 different levels of accommodation used between Lynton & Padstow, Sinai House was the only one that I wanted to go back to with my wife.
We have just come back from the Sinai House after a 3-day break to celebrate my Birthday and have an early Christmas treat.
The second visit did not disappoint. We had a fantastic time.
Debbie & Nigel are great hosts, very attentive, warm & friendly. Nothing seems too much trouble.
The rooms were superb, all very nicely decorated for Christmas and a real fire lit especially for us at breakfast even though we were the only people staying!
The breakfasts, the only meal we had there, cooked by Nigel were excellent.
Overall rating? 11 out of 10.
All our good experiences create one downside though. We didn't want to come home.
We are already thinking about a revisit next year.
I hope good reviews don't mean that booking will become difficult!

We stayed here for one night in November. You could not wish for more pleasant hosts. Debbie and Nigel were most welcoming with plenty of advice on local walks and places to eat.

Rooms were spotlessly clean and breakfast was hearty and well-cooked.
Views from the hotel were amazing and I would expect them to be even better on a nice summers day

We loved this B&B. From the warm, friendly welcome, comfortable rooms and brilliant hearty breakfast, we had a great stay and hope to revisit at some time in the future.

We have just spend a wonderful few days in this lovely hotel. Nigel and Debbie did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. They have, quite simply, thought of everything and we thoroughly recommend it (by the way, if you find yourself staying there, dont miss out on a wonderful evening meal). We will be returning next year to continue looking around the area which offers so much for everyone.
