What a wonderful place Woodlands is, from the moment we arrived we couldn't have been made more welcome, Jo and Andy are such brilliant hosts and nothing seemed too much trouble.
Our room was spotless and well appointed but we were told its going to be upgraded this winter so we cant wait to see how they can make it better.
Breakfast was great, lovely and fresh and with a good choice, not much more to say except we will be back just as soon as we can.

we stayed with andy & jo for the second time this year, extreamly friendly couple,our room was excellent. Cooked breakfast 1st class, buffet breakfast 1st class.excellent information for eating out. Recommend Woodlands as a great place to stay.

We have just returned from a few days in North Devon and throughly enjoyed our stay at Woodlands Guesthouse. Andy and Jo went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Bedrooms all a good size and with great views - fantastic quality of food at breakfast - cosy and warm house - excellent location for 5 minute walk into Lynton or Lynmouth - and friendly, helpful advice about where to eat out and for walks, good beaches etc. Thanks again.

What can you say - it's all been said before. We have stayed at the Woodlands on numerous occasions over the years & couldn't praise it, or Peter & Carole, enough. We were concerned for the future when Peter & Carole sold but the Woodlands is in excellent hands with Jo & Andy. We have already stayed with them twice this year & are looking forward to at least another 3 visits next year - I think that says it all. I can only reiterate everything that has been said - "Excellent" - the only down side being the steep drive for anybody with mobility problems.
