I arrived as part of a group to a warm and friendly welcome from Ken and Caroline.
We were shown to our lovely rooms and made to feel very welcome.
Decor is homely, so you immediately feel relaxed.
I'd been told about Caroline's breakfasts and they were as great as expected!
I certainly will be going back when I can.
Ken and Caroline have made this guest house just right!

Our stay in the "Walkers' Rest Twin En-suite" in last july was perfect. The B&B looks very lovely and the cooked breakfast (with classical music) was perhaps the best ever. The owners greeted us with tea and were kind enough to help us plan a walk in the area, which we enjoyed very much. We were also advised on some restaurants. (We ignored the advise and went our own way, but we shouldn't have!)

Clean, super breakfast, Caroline and Ken make you very welcome , just perfect.

My wife and stayed at Lee House for 6 nights and can only say that it is the best B&B we have ever visited. The breakfasts were excellent and my wife looked forward to getting up in the morning so she could start the day with Kens wonderful fresh fruit salad !
The room was ideal in everyway and Caroline and Ken are very helpful and attentive hosts.Lynton is a lovely little village and amazingly has changed minimally over the last 30 years which is part of its appeal. We shall return ! Angela & Ian
