We stayed at the bonnicott at the begining of november,warm,welcoming &really good cooking by Jeanne and lots of local info from Jeremy.
Nothing was too much trouble,with thoughtful extra touches that made our few feel special.

We stayed at the Bonnicott in early November so although we couldn't be guaranteed the weather, our hosts Jeanne and Jeremy more than made up for it with their fantastic hospitality. As other reviews testify, they understand the difference between attentiveness and intrusiveness and so what you get is first class service, managed with charm and apparent effortlessness. Jeanne's an excellent cook - we dined in on 2 of our 5 nights and the food was easily a match for anything we found locally. And Jeremy's local knowledge helped us prioritise what to see and do. The accommodation suited us well, feeling very homely, and the complimentary sherry each evening was a tonic after a long day's walking, touring, gawping. The excellent service continued after our stay when Jeremy posted on to me a pair of shoes before I'd even noticed them missing.

From the moment we arrived late Friday night we were treated like close relatives. The courtesy and attention to detail was second to none whilst being unobtrusive. If you are looking for a comfortable relaxing break from the rat race - look no further. Thank you and see you again soon.

The hosts were only too keen to share their local knowledge and as a result we made the most of our stay in this beautiful part of the world.
