“Fabulous location”

We had a lovely stay in the apartment over Easter. It is equipped with everything you need, and has a perfect little communal outside area to sit and relax with views over the bay. The owners were on hand if required. The only issue that could have been a problem is the parking – there are enough spaces, but you have to double park, so could be trapped. However, we chose not to drive during our stay, as there’s plenty to do on foot. Would definitely recommend it for nice relaxing break.

“LOVELY LOCATION”

Stayed here 3 nights lovely old ex vicerage, lovely host, great full english breakfast, very clean rooms, take your comfortable walking shoes, overlooks Lynmouth.

“The most friendly place in the world”

If you want a stress free break where you are treated like a member of the family this is the place for you. Tasteful decor superb food incredible outlook you will enjoy every minute of your stay and I would recommend it to everyone.
