Spotlessly clean guest house, convenient for the station (St David's) and city centre, also easy to find if travelling by car. Warm welcome from hosts, who are friendly and helpful, and tasty home home cooked breakfast. Great value and service, would definitely recommend.

Visited on the back of other reviewers but was disappointed. Lovely welcome from owners but room was a bit tatty and smaller than I would expect for the £65 I paid for a double.

Would have been nice to have shampoo and soap etc provided in the shower

Some of the rooms had shared bathrooms but these had little soundproofing so I was woken up everytime anyone used them during the night.

25 minute walk to town was good. Located on a main road but this did not cause a problem as my room had good soundproofing.

We stayed at Jades taking 4 of their rooms for a weekdend cycle trip around the area. Rooms were good, hosts were good and breakfast was good. Easy parking at the rear of the guest house and a short walk to the town centre. Highly recommended.

We stayed in Exeter three times always in the same area St.Davids as it is close to the station. There is a group of about ten B & Bs in a row. We liked the Jade and would recomend it to any visitors who are in Exeter for the first time. Mike and Carol put on a very good breakfast and put us on the right track for getting around.
