Stayed here two nights - 1st landing spot in UK, after flying into Heathrow & a long bus ride.
Quite comfortable room. A bit small, but not unusually so for UK B&Bs. Good wifi connection, excellent breakfast. Easy walk into the center of town (10-15 mins). We also walked to it from the central bus station when we arrived - also about 15 minutes. A gentle uphill walk, and quite doable.

We stayed there for two nights and really enjoyed the great atmosphere and rooms of the hotel. The service was very friendly and professional, really Hotel quality for B&B prices.
Nice, quiet location on a little hill, quite close to the centre with a nice view and a cute little garden.

Park View Hotel is most pleasantly situated in Exeter, being only a short walk from the university (i.e. excellent for family of students at Exeter) and only a short walk from the city centre. It is easy to find if one is coming FROM the university. We appreciated our comfortable, clean rooms and the pleasant, friendly welcome we received. A copious breakfast fortified us for our trip into Cornwall (again easily reached by car or train from Park View Hotel). We would warmly recommend Park View Hotel.

I have stayed twice at Park View Hotel in Exeter It is great value for money.

The hotel is located near the centre of Exeter (and near the University) and includes off-street parking. The decor is not to my taste (there are a series of bizarre ornaments) but the service is good and the price is excellent.

During my last stay we paid £68 for the top floor ensuite room. Breakfast is simple but generous.
