I was very surprised at just how good the staff at this unit were. As a budget hotel the welcome speech was honest and sincere, as good if not better that given at more expensive venues. Bed and pillows were very, very comfortable. Instant temperature controlled water and as much as you needed at any time of the day or night. Room temperature very easy to alter and worked perfectly. House Keeping did not even bother me as I wanted to have a lie in on both days.
There is another well known brand with Travel in the title, Premier Inn blows them out of the water for comfort and friendliness. I will be using this group again and highly recommend that you do as well. 10 out of 10 for the staff here, they will be a tough act to follow.
Room Tip: Hotel is very new, I had a 1st floor room which was very quite.
