The White Hart is in a great location only a few minutes walk from the cathedral & shopping centre; the parking is free for guests & the full breakfast included in the rate is cooked to order with a buffet table to go with it full of lighter choices.
The room was clean with good sized bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, Flatscreen TV & comfortable bed.
The Hotel also has a restaurant attached with deals ( 2 meals for a tenner) included which is worth taking advantage of if you are on a budget.

Room Tip: If possible ask for room overlooking courtyard; probably quieter than ones overlooking road

“Ideal Exeter City Centre Location”

Friendly staff, clean modern room, lovely breakfast - ideal choice for anyone who is visiting Exeter or wants Exeter as their base to visit Devon.

“Stay here it is fab!!”

Staff are all so accomodating, nothing too much trouble, lovely clean rooms, comfy bed.
If you are looking to stay in an old fashioned pub with a modern twist then this is the place for you. Central location 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral, shops and attractions. Lovely breakfast and again the staff could not do enough for you. Highly recommended to everyone but book early as it took us 3 visits to get a room it is that popular and after staying there we can see why. Cannot wait for our next visit!!

“Very friendly, quirky 14th century hotel in very convenient location”

Staff very helpful. Hotel on Southgate Street very near cathedral. A well-cooked breakfast. Room very clean and quiet at back of the hotel. Good parking. Would reccommend.

Room Tip: Ask for room at the back as hotel is on road into city

i stayed at the white hart for one night in a single room for a works do, room was lovely and clean, bed was very comfy. plenty of room in the shower which worked brilliantly! would highly reccomend and would definitly stay here again!!
