Have just stayed here for 3 nights. The location is ideal, great for shopping and eating out. The staff are friendly and helpful, which always helps. We used the pool and Jacuzi, which was great especially after shopping . Breakfast was good with a good choice either full english, or cereals etc. Our only dissappointment was our room was only heated by a plug in radiator, which we turned down at night, but the room was chilly in the morning. The bathrooms really need to be updated, but apart from the loose toilet seat which eventually fell off, it was ok. The room was checked each day, clean towels, beds made up( though the sheets really are too short and don't tuck in at the headboard, ugh.) Our room was dusty when we arrived, but really dusty after 3 days. Small things maybe, but more time should be taken to ensure the rooms are spotless. Apart from that , because of the location, we had a good time.

Lovely hotel situated only 2 mins walk from shopping/restaurants.

Booked a privelage room which was well worth the extras - very comfortable , big bed, robes, decor & walk in shower. Didnt get the daily newspaper or coffee machine in room but guess you have to ask for those at reception like you do the free wifi code even though its all part of upgraded room extras.

Leisure facilities very good and open til 9pm. Big enough pool, sauna & jacquzzi - very relaxing.

Plenty of options on the buffet breakfast although the mangeress was a 'flappy & stressed' (wasn't even busy) which made a nice sunday morning breakfast not so chilled and carefree - although we did get to chill out in leisure facilities afterwards before we checked out.

£10 per day for parking which is a bit steep :-(

All in all though would recommend and definitely stay again :-)
