Had a great short stay here in September and would definately stay there again. Close to the town as long as you don't mind hills. The owner Adrian was very pleasant and the room was very clean. Great to have fresh fruit salad on offer for breakfast too!

This was just a one night stay for a group of four as we walked the south west coastal path. We received a very warm welcome, the rooms were very stylish and clean. The shower was very powerful, which is great on a walking trip. Adrian and Jane were friendly and helpful in advising were to eat, being the back end of half term and almost all restuarants being booked up. Breakfast was great, going to do their goast cheese breakfast at home.

Everything about this place is a class above the rest, from the friendly welcome, the stylist bedrooms to the gorgeous fluffy white towels which are fresh everyday.... (not to mention the amazing power shower) The sea views are simply stunning, they will leave a long lasting memory of such a perfect place. Breakfast was second to none....loved the goats cheese! Jane & Adrian are the perfect hosts...Very knowledgeable about St Ives and always willing to go the extra mile. (You must ask Adrian about the run away poached egg!) Very funny! Just got back from a lovely weekend here, the guest house is beautiful, full of character and the rooms are beautifully decorated with stunning views of the bay. Breakfast was great, lovely fresh fruit salad plenty choice of cereal and a delicious cooked full english! The location is great just a short stroll to the town where there are cobbled streets and a good selection of different shops, the cream tea at Olives was to die for!!! we really enjoyed our stay and would recomend it to anyone.
