Wonderful accommodation with beautiful views, lovely breakfasts, exceptional hospitality!!! Jill and Julian run a truly magnificent, spotlessly clean guest house in a very quiet part of St Ives. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they certainly make you feel very welcome and very special. We have been coming for several years now and have booked again for September 2012. Absolutely superb! You won't find anything better.

We have already booked our 2012 September week. This will be our 4th stay at this exceptional B and B. Would we stay anywhere else?? Definately not - you might find great sea views, you might just find the comfort, you would be lucky to match the breakfast, but you will not find another Jill and Julian - so it's no contest for us!

PS - We have rated a swimming pool and fitness centre - it is five minutes walk away and is a modern facility and offers a season ticket to visitors.

My partner and I stayed in the Beach room at Sea Breeze during the Bank Holiday weekend and we enjoyed our stay immensely! Sea Breeze's hosts, Jill and Julian are very friendly and helpful. Sea Breeze Bed and Breakfast operates in a very beautiful bungalow on top of a hill in a quiet and beautiful area in St Ives. Our room was very beautifully and tastefully decorated and we absolutely adored the sea side theme that ran throughout the room. The room was spotless and impeccably neat and clean! We had a wonderful view of the sea! It was wonderful. St Ives is so beautiful!

We arrived by train. Jill and Julian offered to pick us up from the train station but we decided to make our own way to them as it was a great option for us to get our bearings and find our way around. It was quite easy to find the place and the walk from the train station took us about 15 minutes (we were walking up hill!). Also, we were very lucky as we received some very accurate directions to the B&B which was a life saver! Because Sea Breeze is located on a hill, the walk from the harbour to Sea Breeze could be challenging for some but all in all, it is a nice walk.

Breakfast was very delicious. Jill makes the breakfasts for guests and Julian does the serving. Along with a full English breakfast, you also get cereal, fruits, juice and yogurt which is laid out nicely on a table. We stayed at Sea Breeze for 2 nights and we were very pleased to come back to a cleaned and tidied room. Jill and Julian are very professional. Definitely a first class experience for us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as you get an excellent room, good quality sleep, breakfast and view for a very reasonable price! We shall return to Sea Breeze soon!

Yet again, after our 5th visit, everything as usual was excellent. Julian, with is good local knowledge, still found us somewhere to go, that we hadn't been to before. The B & B is situated in a quiet part of St Ives with good parking facilities which is a plus in this area. Access to the beaches and town are only a few minutes away .The hill, as other reviews have suggested, is not really a problem, after all it is St Ives.
