We love Cornwall but live too far in deep Kent. :(
As it happened our room in "The Hollies" didn't have a sea view but so what? We enjoyed that properly with a good walk and an all day sightseeing tour, we then returned to relax in a clean fresh smelling room with a comfortable bed that even a light sleeper like me couldn't resist but have a deep sleep in.
Breakfast time was just as pleasent, the food was good and plenty, we were looked after very well and nothing was too much trouble when we asked for anything (places to visit, directions, parking advice...etc.), and if there were any issues of concerns to us at the time, Well we just can't think of any trivial nit-picking right now.
Whilst we can't visit Cornwall as often as we like, at least we now know where we can expect a genuine warm welcome when we return next time, an experience totally different to some night stays in some impersonal well known brand hotel that we made do with in the past.
Many thanks to Bev & Ian for making our stay most pleasent. Highly Recommended...
