I had occasion to stay at the Southern Comfort Hotel for a total period of several months, it is a long story so please don't ask...........but have to say it was a good experience due to the care and kindness shown towards me by the landlady Jane, her partner Geoff and his son Josh as well as the remainder of the staff........nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The breakfasts were very good. The rooms were clean and good sized rooms. I eventually ended up having an amazing room with views overlooking Mount's Bay. This hotel is positioned in a prime spot, and a perfect base from which to explore the many wonders the area has to offer. (I was born and brought up in Pz....in fact my parents had their own B&B) I can assure you, if you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed! I am planning to stay there in June 2012 for a weekend, and will be making a booking within the next two weeks and am thoroughlly looking forward to seeing Jane, Geoff and Josh again and to staying at this 'home from home' venue xxx just want to say a huge personal thanks to Jane, Geoff and Josh for all they did for me during my previous stay xxx (ps...........just want to say I had to choose a date that I stayed here from those listed but it only goes back as far as March 2011 so picked that date...........although it is not correct as it was before that.....sorry but had no choice other than to put that date.....)
