The Warwick House is very well located for the train, bus and seafront and just a short walk from Chapel street. Julie and Chris were perfect hosts. From welcome to goodbyes the Warwick House truly is a first class experience , spotless and tastefully decorated, with a substantial breakfast menu all locally sourced. I have no hesitation in recommending the Warwick House.

We spent four nights, 28th Dec. until 1st Jan. 2012 with Julie and Chris as our hosts. I booked on line, a twin room with sea view, and we were given Room 1. This is located next to the entrance, but because this b&b attracts like minded guests we were not disturbed once.
The room and en-suite were spotless with all extras included. Cleanliness second to none.
Breakfast really is fit for royalty. The choice is just perfect, from full English to Salmon and eggs
to Cornish Muffins, the list goes, plus as it was New Years day a very good quality Bucks Fizz.
If you are looking for one night or more, this is the place to stay.

Only stayed, an all too short one night, but I am sure will return. Were made most welcome by Julie and Chris. I stayed in a smallish single room(5) but the cleanliness of the room, decoration, furnishings, fresh bed linen, towels, tea and coffee in the room and toiletries all but made up for the size of the room. Had to depart early for the start of the LeJog rally from Lands End but an early breakfast was no problem. Excellent breakfast menu choice-one of the best I have had! I would not hesitate in recommending this Guest House.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Spotless, nicely decorated, toiletries provides. Nice fresh bed linen and towels. Ideal location, superb hosts, excellent breakfast menu and superb view. We will most definately be back!
