This lovely guesthouse is just 2 or 3 minutes walk from Fistral beach,The couple that own it are so friendly and welcoming and made sure we had a wonderful stay. On the rainy day we had they made many useful suggestions of how we could enjoy Newquay and we had a great day despite the weather. The rooms are modern chic and very very clean. The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was delicious, and we found out from chatting to them that the owner has been a proffessional chef.I would definately recommend this guesthouse to anyone wanting a memorable stay in Newquay.

After reading tripadviser reviews we booked into the Driftwood b/b.only to be slightly disapointed. Although the rooms were clean and central i thought the room we stayed in was poorly decorated and the breakfast was measly and over cooked.Don't believe everything you read.

This is a great little guesthouse right near town with lovely views of the sea. The owners are really friendly, the breakfast is really nice, the rooms are nicely decorated and the bathroom is lovely. Would recommend this place to anyone going for a short break to Newquay for sure.

oh my god top newyear in newquay and top place. very festive guest house, even had chocs and party poppers in our room BLOODY FANTASTIC. love the place clean and fresh going back in summer rip curl.
