large room comfortable beds excellent shower toilet.a nice quiet clean house. enjoyable well cooked breakfast .wendy and her family are friendly and unobtrusive allways there to help if needed . i would recommend this holiday home.

Myself & my partner stayed here for a break in April. We had a warm welcom friom the owners, The guest house is so clean! You can have Cereal, toast and an english breakfast which was lovely! Its in a great position for Newquay town centre, just a short walk to the centre which was great after an evening out! We'll definately be back :o)))

We stayed at Meadow View for one week, It has a lovely friendly atmosphere with the owner being very helpful and considerate. The breakfast was very nice and set you up for the full day. The rooms was very clean and quite spacious to say there were 4 people in it. The guest house is located around a 10 minute walk from the town centre and maybe 15 mins from Fistral beach, altogether we had a wonderful holiday and a wonderful stay.

Spent a weekend in Newquay at the Meadow View I found the place a great location for the city centre and near the beaches. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the local area and advised places to go and visit and also places to eat. This all added to my great weeend in Newquay.
