The hotel was beautiful. We were looked after brilliantly by Mark and Debra. Nothing was too much trouble! Drying wetsuits or swim suits, lending us beach towels and the restaurant recommendations they gave us were great.

This Hotel was everything we wanted. Hotel owners could not do enough for us. Rooms were super clean, spacious and well decorated. Breakfast in a morning was excellent with plenty of choice and changing options on a daily basis was not an issue. Loaction is great for all, far enough from town to be quite and relaxed but only a 2 min stroll to all the action or beaches ( take the additional parking option). The Lounge and Bar were also perfect as a base to start or end an evening. I'm a Newquay veteran and stay in a lot of hotels through work. This was one of if not, the best I've ever stayed in. The only thing that would improve it would be a king size bed in the double rooms and I personally found the bed too soft. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel and will go back (to a room with a king size bed)>

Having stayed at this hotel 24 years ago we found it to be more than adequate then, however we decided to go back this year and what a transformation this hotel is beautiful with up to date facilities, grreat rooms, breakfast fabulous and the hosts Debra and Mark who were so welcoming couldn't do enough to make your stay a pleasure indeed. The situation of the hotel at the top near the headland was quiet and the views were excellent over the Towan Beach. What they provided for the all round cost was excellent value and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends, my husband and myself will definately go back and would definately stay there. I would like to add that next door was a pay & display car park and would have cost at least £7 to £8 per day but the hotel provide parking permits for £2.50 a day.
