14 of us just had 4 night stay at the hotel,the food was excellent,the room was very comfortable,entertainment very good,nothing was to much trouble,i have read some of reviews and cant believe they stayed in this hotel,once again thanks to all staff for a great week.

In all fairness it was clean or I would have left, nevertheless it was an awful hotel. The price does not reflect the accommodation and the hotel needs an update. No fault of the staff who did their best.

I too am a coach driver and had a party in the hotel for 7 nights. Not a bad word was said to me about the hotel only good things. I found the previous reviews of the hotel over the top as I had read them before leaving on tour and did not know what to expect, what I found was a pleasant surprise and will be looking forward to future tours at this hotel.

Don't read too much into the bad reviews. I travelled with a coach party and this hotel is fine. Like many British seaside hotels it could do with a little tlc in places but it is comfortable, clean, staff are excellent and the food is good and plentiful. I found my room very quiet, it was a ground floor room. Thank you Kelly-Ann for all your help and thank you Mark for your cheerfulness and bingo calling. Thank you Sam for our chats when I didn't go out on the trips.
