We stayed just for a couple of nights at the end of January 2012, a short break to be by ourselves and to relax - which we certainly got! We were delighted with it and would definitely stay again. The staff are welcoming and helpful, giving a homely feel to the place. Our room had a 4-poster double bed which gave us two perfect nights' sleep. The en-suite was done out in a very elegant back quasi-marble finish - smart and efficient. Breakfast was excellent - very generous quantities with as much coffee or tea as you wanted - no need for a mid-day meal after that!

The centre of Newquay is a bit dead in the winter but is easily accessible, being just 100 meters or so from the hotel; lots of restaurants and bars, not all of which are open in the winter, but enough to keep us satisfied. We will certainly go back there again.

We were so surprised with the Quies the owners were so friendly and helpful they showed us to a wonderful room with a four poster bed which you could only dream about. The En suite shower room was something out of a fantasy book , really really nice and on top of all that the place was spotlessly clean, which is really refreshing. After a really good nights sleep we went down stairs for breakfast were we could choose from a full English with eggs any way you want or just egg on toasts, which my wife had. The coffee was freshly made, not instant crap they had cereals and juices, toast and jam and a lot more besides. On the whole a very enjoyable experience which we hope to repeat very soon.

What a great B&B the owners were lovely, the rooms were lovely and new and great value for money. There an honesty bar, lots for kids to do and a great homely feel. If you're looking for a spotless, modern & friendly B&B this is the place to go!!!

EXTREMLY IMPRESSED WITH THIS ACCOMODATION. I never write reviews, but I was so delighted with mine and my partner's stay that I felt the need to express it!
The b&b is more of a luxury hotel rather than a guest house.
1. Mordern, clean rooms that are spacious. (I'm quite fussy with cleanliness).
2. Brand new luxurious ensuites (What you would expect to see in a 4* hotel)
3. very friendly owners and staff.
4. Easy peasy parking outside.
5. Breakfast was superb, good quality cooked full english brekkie!
6. OFFERS A LARGE GAMES ROOM WITH POOL TABLE, PACMAN MACHINE, MINI BAR AND NICE FISH TANK TO ADMIRE.
7. MASSIVE BEDS WITH FLAT SCREEN TV.
8. FREE WIFI.
9. NICE TERRACE WITH VIEW ON THE ROOF.
10. LOCATION WAS 2 MINUTE WALK TO TOWN CENTRE!
Just could not fault our stay at all, will definatly be staying here again! Only paid £35 (off peak) and couldn't believe our luck. :)
