Myself, my partner and my two boys stayed here for 10 days, we had a lovely stay, the beds were sooooooo comfortable, the views amazing and Nicky was extremely accommodating and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were excellent. Would definately recommend to anyone and we will most certainly be returning.

We had a lovely time, great place, great location and a kind and helpful Hotel owner called Nikki. Who kindly gave me sun lotion and towels for the beach.We can't wait to go back and enjoy more. The weather was great, surf etc...We would pass this little gem on to anyone who wants a break...very glad we stayed..

After reading some of the reviews i was a bit warey about booking here but then i looked up other reviews & was glad i did because they were all positive! i guess you cant allways please everyone! but we were definately very pleased, me & my bf booked 3 nights there on the august bank holiday, we stayed in the deluxe double en-suite with a sea view. The view was amazing & was definately well worth the money & compared to other b&b in the area it was a bargin! our breakfast was good a nice cooked breakfast & there was also a choice of cerials. Nicky, the owner made our stay very welcoming & was so lovely. I would definately stay there again, i loved newquay & fistral beach which our room over looked. DEFINATELY STAY HERE!

We booked to stay at this hotel last year,then unfortunately in may this year I had some bad news regarding my health and it became clear that we would be unable to go, I sent a letter giving 12 weeks notice, but never recieved a reply, I then sent an email a week or so later, still no reply!. What a rude woman, obviously could not be bothered to even acknowledge my letter, but has found the time to book it out to someone else and has taken my £50 aswell!!. Glad we are not going now!
