“Spot On”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 February 2012

Having seen this hotel when Clive & Davey took it on 6 years ago, it has come on leaps and bounds. We have stayed in several rooms now and had the tour of all of them. All are immaculate. Such an eye for detail. Our recent stay was perfection as was the cooked breakfast. We want to live here. So close to the seafront it is ideal.

Room Tip: Be polite and you will be treated like a king/queen

“A great find”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 February 2012

I was delighted to find this hotel. My room was spotless and beautifully decorated. A small but nice bathroom with classy fit out. The view was superb of the beach and great to watch the ships lying off Falmouth. Bosanneth is really close to the seafront at Gillynvaise and to Falmouth harbour front. Gardens are nearby to stroll in and the house itself had an interesting garden.

The house had a lovely calm atmosphere and the drawing room peaceful to sit in. The dining room has views of the sea. Breakfast was very efficiently served and delicious. The fresh fruit salad was simple and very pretty. A good choice of cooked breakfasts ,served piping hot and well presented. My daughter who wasn't staying with me was able to join me for breakfast without any fuss.

Clive and David have are excellent hosts and provide extremely professional hospitality, If only all in the hospitality industry could do the same!

Room Tip: Rooms to the front have the sea views.

“The best B&B Ive ever stayed in! 5 star all round!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 February 2012

Stayed at Bosanneth for 3 nights with my parents in January. On our arrival we were greeted by Clive who made us a pot of tea and while we enjoyed that in the lounge Dave and Clive took our bags to our rooms. My parents' room was Bay which was spacious and had a sea view. Mine was North, on the top floor. This was a smaller room but was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable.
Breakfast each morning was cooked to order and was very tasty.
The location of Bosanneth is ideal for exploring Falmouth. The beach is under a minute's walk and Falmouth town centre is only a few minutes drive away, offering some excellent restaurants. We recommend Clarke's, Ghurker Indian restaurant and Oliver's.
Dave and Clive are very friendly and welcoming and we can tell they truly love running the B&B and chatting to all their guests. There is nothing that is too much trouble.
I will definitely be staying again and i know my parents will be back again for a 3rd stay!!
The best B&B Ive ever stayed in and i will be recommending it to everyone!!

“Probably the best B&B in Cornwall”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 January 2012

Clive and David are superb hosts, the cleanliness and comfort are second to none. The breakfast is fantastic and attention to detail quite unique. This is our second stay in the last 12 months, having visiting Falmouth on a regular basis for the last 12 years we have now found the best.

“Exceptionally good and very highly recommended.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 January 2012 via mobile

We stayed for one night on the 10th January. On arrival we were made feel extremely welcome and were given complimentary fresh coffee and biscuits in the lounge while our bags were brought up to our room.

The room itself was quite small but beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and very well designed - it puts many 4 star hotels to shame. Breakfast was wonderfully cooked and promt.

Overall the service was exceptional - the owners could not do enough to make us feel welcome and looked after. If only all hotels/guest houses were like this.
