I have nothing further to add to the other glowing reviews of Hotel Dragonfly but the least I can do is confirm that this hotel is fantastic in every respect. A huge thank you to Sam & Kelvin for helping to make my birthday weekend in Chester so great!

We stayed here on our epic journey from London to Ireland, it was a pit stop - but worth the stop - we had a lovely room and the staff were very friendly and very very helpful. This place has been decorated to a high standard and you can tell that much thought and love went into the restoration of this grade 2 building. Anway I would defo recommend this place to my friends and family -- the breakfast was lovely too.

Booked an overnight stay for my husbands birthday. Couldn't have picked a nicer hotel. The room was superb, staff really friendly and very helpful. Overall we had a fantastic time. This hotel will be at the top of my list next time we visit chester

Me and my girlfriend stayed here on New Years Eve and we were both happy with our choice. The room was relatively small but had everything we required for a one night stay. The en-suite was also quite small, however, the double shower was nice!! The quality of the room and en-suite was impressive, the real stone tiles on the walls and floor were a nice touch.

The bed was most impressive, the most comfortable bed we have slept in in a hotel. The breakfast was also nicely presented and tasted very nice - although this is charged as an extra.

The owner was very welcoming and spent time to recommend restaurants etc, however, we had already booked a table at the Black House Grill.

We would definately return to this hotel, the location is perfect, the rooms clean and welcoming and Chester is just a great city. Next time we might try the suite.
