Stayed here for one night. Easy to find with off street parking. We had a good sized double room to the front of the building and although it was a busy main road the noise wasn't an issue for us. It is a 30 minute walk into town but it's a staight road and we needed to walk off some calories anyway!! The owner was very friendly and delivered a good breakfast. A big thanks to him for packaging up a piece of luggage I had left in the room and sending it home to me .. great service!!! I would recommend this guest house and would stay there again.

Owner was very nice and helpful on arrival, giving us a few recommendations for places to go for dinner even though we arrived quite late. Our room was pretty big - a family room with a separate sitting area, even though there were only 2 of us. Room was clean and pretty well stocked. Breakfast was fine - lots of choice. Not hugely central, but a bus service every 10 mins apparently, and it took us 30 mins to walk into the middle of Cambridge.

We stayed for one night in a double room. Whilst the owner wasn't there when we first arrived this wasn't a problem for us as we left the car there and took a stroll into the centre. We walk fairly quickly and it took us nearly 30 minutes so I wouldn't recommend it for the elderly or infirm - however, there is a bus stop literally opposite the B&B with a service every 10 minutes during the day. We got the bus back from the centre and would recommend buying the day traveller card which costs about £3.50.
Our room was at the front of the hotel and we weren't bothered by the noise from the road. The room was clean, bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious and modern - ideal for what we wanted.
The breakfast was tasty and filling.
My only negatives would be that the bathroom fan is noisy and stays on for a long time - the pipes or water heater for the room adjacent to ours were really noisy. We returned to the room at about 11pm and they were quite loud but shut off quickly. They then started up again at about 5.30 but thankfully the noise ceased after about 15 minutes.
Overall I would have no hesitation about recommending this place to family or friends.
