I turned up in the middle of the day and was sat in my car with the motor running. There were drunks in the square, one of whom came up to the rear of my car and started pushing it up and down. Thank god for the garage parking available with the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and nicely furnished. There were a couple of minor things wrong with the apartment, but on speaking to the 24hr number, the member of staff on the end of the line was very helpful - no faults at all with service. Re the accommodation though the studio bedroom only had a half height ceiling so unless you are a hobbit, it was very difficult to do anything other than lie down. I ended up changing etc downstairs. The steps up to the bedroom were also very steep and slippy so were quite dangerous. But this pales into insignificance when you see what goes on outside at night - the streets around were full of prositutes and the area is also home to a number of asylum houses and establishments such as Shelter which house the homeless. There are also quite a number of derelict and empty buildings. There were a number of unsavioury characters around, so you have to keep your wits about you. Altogether a quite frightening place both day and night. For reference, I am a guy in his mid 30s who is a seasoned backpacker, so I know how to look after myself - this area was dodgier than my stay in a rough area of Rio de Janerio!!

Fantastic company with various places to stay (have stayed with them twice in different places) ~For a family travelling with young children, cannot recommend them enough. Well equipped apartments, CLEAN with helpful staff that are laid back yet cannot do enough to help from providing DVD's for sick children to watch to knowing where the best place to eat is. Would stay here every time I visited Bristol

We stayed here for 4 nights , the apartments are beautiful and the staff are so frendly, nothing was a problem, the area is very close to the city center and is like all innner city areas,,,,
The best thing is the team they are very helpful.
