We stayed at Saco West India apartments in Bristol for 9 weeks from September to November. It was very good and we found the staff very helpful. We did have a major problem with noise in our first apartment though, the noise was from the student flats behind but talking to the Saco Management we were able to be fairly quickly moved to a front-facing apartment where this problem disappeared. For the remainder of our stay there were virtually no problems.

We found the broadband to be good, though we did find on occasion we did have to unplug and plug the ethernet cable in the morning to make it start working again.

I would definitely stay there again, we have stayed there twice now and it has always served the purpose we needed it for.

Great weekend my stepdaughters birthday so the whole family came to visit but no mess at home. Easy to get into the city for a meal and off to a nightclub without having to worry about anyone driving home. We only live a little way out of Bristol but so great to be in the hub of everything. The two-bed apartment was great we used the sofa bed as an extra bed, which was made up for us before we arrived.

The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable with great linen and soft pillows. Bathrooms modern and very clean with plenty of towels. Great views over the city and at night with the entire city lights. On the whole our stay made us want to return
