We're currently staying in the top floor flat (the one featured in the photo) as my partner and I are working in Bristol for a couple of weeks.
Overall the flat is fantastic: clean, large rooms, all the facilites you would expect including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in the kitchen, excellent showers in the two bathrooms, internet access, great location just between Queens Square and St Nick's market.
We've bumped into the manageress and the maintenance guy a couple of times over the last week, and they're both lovely and very attentive. We've had no problems with anything, but they've made it very clear they are happy to help if anything arises, and happy to recommend restaurants or attractions if we would like. Other than that they've been very discrete, but it's nice to know they are there if we need them.
As we are light sleepers we take our own bedlinen and pillows with us whenever we travel, but the quality of the provided linen seems better than average.
There are a few little niggles though: 1) the heating is by electric storage heaters, so the place gets very cold during the day and very hot at night and it's impossible to control the temperature effectively. 2) the self-closing doors make a HUGE crash! I'm glad to see it's not just us that have experienced this. It makes going to the loo in the night a loudly advertised event to all in the flat. Not ideal....
Those tiny niggles aside (and they really are tiny), this is an excellent apartment, and I would choose this over a hotel any day of the week.
