Great location for shopping and access to the motorways, ask for a room looking over the car park and you won't hear any noise. The onsite restaurant is a bonus, although there are plenty of places to eat if you want to venture out. Booking in advance with the meal deal is a bargain; £22 for a three course evening meal with a drink and all you can eat breakfast can't be bad. Only trouble I had was with the wi-fi. 30 minutes free access seemed not to work very well, on arrival I logged in and was told I'd used my days limit! A quick call to receptiona and I was told the tech people would call me back to sort it out, they never did. Next morning checked it and it worked so i used 5 minutes up, planning to use it later that day when I returned. Foolish, as it again said I'd used my allowance when I tried later! I ended up buying a voucher for 24hrs access which worked fine (and was only £3). Apart from that there is a little disruption whilst they're doing some building work (more rooms?) in Jan / Feb 2012. But for the price and access, it's perfectly acceptable for a couple of days on business.
