Booked the Manor House as our Christmas meal was in Keynsham. Decided on the four poster bed room, which was fabulous. the staff were great, very friendly and polite. The room was fantastic as was breakfast. My only disappointment was that no Ghosts Showed them selves.

Comfortable and well appointed hotel, close to Bristol and Bath without the hustle and bustle of big cities. Good breakfast.
No onsite parking, have to rely on Tesco's car park behind the hotel, not really a problem but a bit inconvenient if raining and you have baggage, as was the case when we visited. All in all however, a pleasant stay. Would we stay again? yes.

We stayed in this hotel in November 2011 as part of our weekend at Bath. We arrived Friday evening and although the hotel was busy with a private party, we were made to feel very welcome and able to eat in the dining room.
Breakfast which was included in the package was excellent and catered to all requirements.
Throughout our stay the staff were superb, worked very hard but always cheerful.
A very pleasant stay.

On 22 November, a group of about 20 of us enjoyed a buffet dinner at the Old Manor House to celebrate my birthday! It was a great success, no doubt due partly to the attention to detail given to us beforehand by Denise. The food was outstanding & the staff were not only attentive, but charming as well. Nothing was too much trouble for them. There was no extra charge for us to use the ballroom which was just off the bar, & this suited us perfectly. We would recommend them to anyone who enjoys excellent food and a friendly & relaxed atmosphere, in an old house of some character. We did not stay the night so can't comment on the hotel rooms.
