Great find!! Excellent 2 night stay here with friends. Was easy to find and very welcoming happy staff. Freezing temperatures outside but staff thoughtfully turned heater on so room was warm on arrival. Very clean bedding and bathroom facilities. All towels and tea/coffee provided in room. Nice river view and lovely full English Breakfast to set us on our way. I would definately recommend this stay to friends and would return again.

My freinds and i stayed for 1 week.We were very pleased,the rooms were clean and comfortable.We recieved a very friendly welcome from Matt, and he was also helpfull in making our stay a pleasant one.We also had a good full english breakfast to set us up for the day.

We would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend the guest house to other people .

The room was extremely small even for a single. The small bed was very uncomfortable, with old, faded bedding and towels. Generally the decor was very tired and dirty - brown carpets and curtains etc. The shower room was very basic with no toiletries provided and dirty carpets. The location was not close to the centre of Bristol - at least 15/20 min walk. It is located on a noisy main road. The staff were friendly but this did not make up for the very poor amenities. It is cheap, but for a reason, and they only take cash (no cards).

xcellent, close to centre, nice rooms with great owners who cook a cracking breckfast.
