I stayed for 8 nights for business reasons. The place smelt badly on entry into the hallway, a mix of dog, smoke and other stale smells. The shared shower room seemed like the decorating was only half finished. Sheets were very old and unclean. Room and bedding only cleaned every few days. When any problems came up we could not contact anyone in charge.
Also the owner moved my friends belongings out of a room into another during the day while we were out, so he went through all my friends stuff to pack it, this i found to not be acceptable at all. He could have asked my friend to pack his stuff for him to then move but clearly he was not organised enough to do this.
Also on one night there was a fight in the B&B that seemed to involve the owner.
There is a reason there is no pictures of the rooms on the website, its because they are terrible.
