Excellent location for shopping in Bristol. Poor parking facilities and the cooked breakfast was not warm. However the Beefeater was a great place to eat, good selection of food at a fair price. The staff were excellent, friendly both in the hotel as well as the restuarant.

Stayed here midweek. It was clean, the room was very spacious. The only fault I could find was the noise from the aircon (which I'd switched off) vent which woke me a few times. Would have been better if the windows opened but in a central venue people would then complain about the traffic noise. All in all comfortable and clean.

Completely agree with " Mixed blessings" and " Venessa Belfast"- would just have to repeat all they have said.Stayed there on Friday night . Have worked and stayed in 5star hotels throughout my life and did not know what to expect and had not been to Bristol centre before. Yes outside of hotel does not prepare you for inside.Must have been freshly painted inside as not a mark on walls or carpets, very clean .
Could not be better centred - right beside shopping area .and short walk to theatres etc
Found staff walking around the hotel helpfull without being asked which is what I expect from 5 star hotel!
Breakfast usual self service buffet large selection of items and nice sausages not expected in cheaper hotels. Would definately go there again to take in show or concert and shopping.

Stayed at this hotel for a Saturday night stay It is situated right in Bristol City Centre very easy to find from M4. Hotel has parking facilities, £8 for 24 hours, train station is a £6 taxi ride away. Only a stones throw from shopping centre Cabot Circus, no transport needed. Reception was only a podium but staff were very quick at checking you in or you could use one of the 3 touch screen check-in machines on wall. Had a double room which was spotlessly clean, king size bed very comfortable, also had TV with remote control, tea & coffee making facilities, bathroom had a good shower with constant hot water & shower gel dispenser also soap dispenser by wash basin, one large towel & one small towel provided per guest Hotel room also had temperature control which was easy to use. I chose the option to have breakfast and was very pleased with what was on offer. It was self service and a great choice of good quality cooked items which tasted great also fresh fruit & yoghurts along with hot drinks, you could also eat as much as you liked. The breakfast was served in the Beefeater restaurant which also had a great menu for evening meals, underneath the restaurant was a great bar, plenty of room and large TV. Was good value for money and will definitely return there again.
