stayed 8th jan room14 ,high quality hotel,really well decorated etc ,wifi wasnt strong enough for my room though.
the receptionist who dealt with me was unbelievably gorgeous,been all over the world never seen beauty like it.a princess......xoxo

Stayed here recently for two nights as was going to a concert in colston hall, the area actually was brilliant as within walking distance to everything we wanted and opposite a really lovely Market.

The hotel was gorgeous. The room was small but good use was made of the space and the decoration was lovely, especially the bathroom, i could have lived in the shower!! The hotel was particularly warm which we did find a little uncomfortable but a fan was provided and didn't really affect our stay.

Food was lovely, and really nice to not have the bog standard offers for breakfast, overall I would definitely recommend and would return to stay again

We struggled to find the hotel as couldn't find exchange avenue on the map but staff were incredibly helpful in helping us find it without knowing the area at all and I was also really grateful that after mentioning we wanted to go to cribs causeway on our way home the staff member remembered and printed off a map for us!! Lovely personal touch ...

I stayed here recently and was impressed. The room was clean, comfortable and warm - even if it was two beds joined together. The bathroom was a little, small, but well appointed. The staff were friendly and welcoming and breakfast was lovely.

It is about a ten minute walk into the centre of town, but is close to the Circus and other attractions.

I would recommend this guest house to those looking for a nice place to stay that isn't too expensive, but has the personal touch.

Converted warehouse-type chic hotel/guesthouse. Wonderful position for centre of town/theatres and in the midst of a working market although we didn't hear any early morning noise. Rooms are smallish and ideally for short stays but the en-suite shower etc was large in comparison. If you are driving be careful as the guesthouse is in the market and you have to park on the side and trundle your cases along the pavement (20 metres) before parking the car in the multi-storey, for which you get a discount from the hotel. Exchange Avenue is not sign-posted so if St Nicholas Market is on your right, then it's the first gap in the buildings. Free-WiFi in lounge and a great breakfast cooked before your eyes.
