If you want expensive and impersonal, don't stay at Winston Manor Hotel. However, if you want real value for your money with spotlessly clean and comfortable accommodation provided by the friendliest of staff, then be sure to look it up the next time you visit North Somerset.
Owners Andrew and Jane offer a first class service and cannot do enough for their guests, as I have found on each of my many stays with them.
The hotel is also perfectly located for flights to and from Bristol airport and there's even free parking on offer with certain booking arrangements. Highly recommended.

Although we only live in Bristol we wanted somewhere to stay for a large family and friends gathering. Winston Manor is absolutely perfect for this. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all spotless and the beds were very comfortable, we all thought so. Breakfast was excellent and we met several guests there that had been before so that's always a good sign I think. Handy bar and cosy lounge for a quick drink before we walked across the road to a good restaurant that offers 2 meals for the price of 1. Large free car park at the hotel which was much better than the central Bristol hotels which would all of charged us for parking several cars. Hotel also handy for the airport and apparently you can leave your car here whilst away as well. Handy for Cheddar, Bath and Wells. Lovely hosts Jane and Andrew who were just great. Would highly recommend.

It's 2011.... have you not heard of duvets? Heavy quilts and blankets reminded me of the 1950s. Place was pleasant enough, but rather dated. No opening window in bathroom. I can only assume it is able to call itself a hotel as it supposedly has a bar.... unmanned for most of the time, which doubles up as a lounge with dated TV. Remote controls looked so grimey didn't dare switch the TV on. Acceptable if travelling from Bristol airport for its parking deal, but beyond this on main road with two eateries in walking distance. As for breakfast - ok but nothing outstanding.

really lovely helpfull staff easy check in and great parking .I would definatetly stay again.
