We got a good deal from Travel Zoo- Room (clean, tidy and comfortable with big bed), Breakfast (lovely buffet, always available 8-12am on Sunday), arrival drinks (2 pints) and a bottle of wine in our room (nicely chilled in ice bucket) and free parking for £55. Could not ask for more. Very impressed by the service at reception which was friendly and helpful.The only thing I would say is it is not the 'prettiest' hotel in the world. But it is centrally located, clean and comfortable so what more can you ask for these days for under £100 a night?!

My friend and i stayed here for night and had a very nice stay.The hotel was lovely, the staff were all very nice and our room was lovely. We booked for breakfast and had a lovely cooked breakfast which was served quickly and looked and tasted good. Would definitely stay agiain.

We booked to st using a travelzoo offer so it was very good value for money. The hotel is close to the train station and an easy walk to the town centre. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was particuarly good quality and professionally run.

Stay in Oct 2011 for 2 nights with my husband. Hotel is in a fairly good location, around 10/15 minute walk from Harbourside and main town/shops. Room was very basic, no drawers and no proper wardrobe just hanging space - similar to a travelodge room but much more expensive. Cleaner had not cleaned our room by 3.30pm on the Saturday we had to call to get them to come as wanted to shower etc, took them an hour to get to us. Breakfast was ok, enough variety but they struggled to keep up with demand for hot food so there was always something missing from the hot buffet.
