Excellent location!

Clean, modern, spacious and comfortable bedrooms.

Friendly, efficient staff.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in January with my family , we had 3 rooms, one with a kingsize bed (called city king room) and 2 superior double rooms (each with 2 double beds)
All rooms were decorated the same modern fittings and really comfortable beds with white linen.
Bathroom in superior doubles had a bath with shower in it and city king bathroom had shower but no bath.

This was our third time to stay in this hotel, we have stayed in other hotels in Bristol in the past but since trying here we won't stay anywhere else.

The location is brilliant right across the road from Cabot Circus shopping center (there is a pedestrian crossing outside front door of hotel across to center)

We stayed in this hotel on the way to another place but the standard was simply brilliant. The room was super comfy, the bed was wonderful and they brought us a fantastic plate of cheese and meats with a bottle of red wine at 1 in the morning on arrival. Lovely.....

Stopped here as a last minute getaway, only live an hour away and didnt want to go far after deciding late in the evening (2000hrs) to go somewhere. Found the on line booking no problem, hotel staff very friendly, the room was clean and the bed massive (had a superiour room). Room had a balcony and faced the main road, at no point did i notice the traffic noise to be a problem. Tea and coffe facillities where ok for me, my partner does not drink hot drinks often but if she did then we would of had to ration the coffee and milk. Breakfast was great, must admit i think it was the most tastest full english that i have eaten, with plenty of heathy options too. Parking for the hotel is in the massive car park next to the hotel and was in reception within 5 mins of parking, you only have to show your parking ticket when you check out which is 1200hrs and they validate your parking right through the whole day that you check out so you got plenty of time shopping or exploring Bristol. Just remember to put your ticket into the payment machine so it validates your ticket before you leave. Shopping and nightlife are on your doorstep. My partner and i enjoyed our visit and will be returning, i hope this review has being helpful.
Put room service as average but cannot comment as i didnt use it.

Staying at the Future in was an absolute pleasure. The room rates were fantastic and the room itself more than satisfactory. The staff were friendly & courteous. The food in the on site restaurant was very impressive and it's well worth the extra 5 quid a day for breakfast. I really can't fault this place.
