This is a small quite hotel, no whistles and bells, a short drive (or brisk walk for the fit) from the centre of town. We stayed for three days and dined in the restaurant each evening, the food was well prepared with generous portions. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice and cooked to order, no pushing and shoving in the usual buffet queue. Our room was clean and in good order. There is a well stocked bar with reasonable prices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This is not a five star hotel and doesn’t pretend to be. Small and honest it represents good value for money, we will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

We checked out of this hotel after a noisy night in room 302,November 1st 2011. I soon noticed that the large bottle of Jean Paul Gaultier perfume that I Had used the evening before had dissappeared.
We informed the reception who took the view that we had made a mistake and suggesting the item must be in our luggage somewhere. Also their housekeeping staff ( who spoke little english) were beyond reproach as they had handed in lost items before!!
I can easily purchase more perfume but the management attitude has left a nasty taste!!

Me and My partner stayed for 1 night for a family party in the function Hall, from start to finish we were very impressed. From the road it looks a bit dated but as soon as you get up closer it is well furnished, decorated and very clean.
The room was nice, comfy bed, nice tv, clean and tidy, modern furniture, good bathroom facility and everything you would expect and more.
The Bar was a nice setting with a good selection of drinks, friendly staff, and the function room was really good, would recommend it for any function.
The breakfast was alot more than I would expect as it was all included in the low price, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, selection of cerials, and musili etc. and a choice of cooked breakfast, which they kindly adapted for fussy friends of ours!
Overall great value for money and would definitly like to stay there again!

Had a one night stay on B & B. Very impressed. Nice twin room in the bungalow type accomadation. Nice relaxing bar with sports channel and pub prices not hotel prices. But best of all was the breakfast. Lots of it and well cooked and presented, not like a buffet style, plenty of juices and coffee. I Would reccommend this hotel for a stay in Hereford.
