Stayed one night at this lovely hotel when my vehicle broke down in Surrey. All was good! Room was spotless and very nicely furnished. Plenty of pillows on the bed, which I love! As you can imagine it was a stressful trip and the room was warm and inviting and perfect for de-stressing. The rooms were absolutely sound proof. The onsite ABC restaurant was great, good food and dood service. The front desk staff at both check in and check out were very helpful, allowing a later check out to accomodate my mechanic's time schedule. I can not say enough good things about this hotel - Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I was in Surrey for a very stressful business trip and being able to come back to my room at the Coast was a respite, especially for the price...what a great deal. I don't know enough about the area to know if it was in a good location, but it was near the 1 and King George's Hwy. There is a lot of construction going on right now near the hotel, but it was done by bedtime and never bothered me. Considering how close it is to construction and the highway, it was pretty quiet. The hotel itself was quiet, and I was close to the elevator and stairwell. There is a lot of light coming from outside because of the proximity to the road, but I found that the curtains blocked most of it. The room was clean, spacious and had everything you needed, including a mini-fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a breakfast buffet at the restaurant on the hotel property and it's quite good for a complimentary breakfast, it very well might be the best free breakfast I've had. The internet was free and fast, I didn't have any trouble connecting or being able to do my work. If I had to make a complaint, it would be that whatever cleaning products they use in the bathroom leave an odor that isn't the most pleasant. I don't know that I will have to go back to Surrey for work again, but if I did I would absolutely stay here again.

The service was excellent; staff were very courteous & accomodated our requests.
