The Super 8 is inexpensive and an overall good value. The hotel is literally right off the highway. Easy to find. We stayed on the highway side and traffic noise was not an issue. Room was clean though we found a piece of popcorn on the floor from the previous tenant. Otherwise, spotless. The beds are firm. Rooms big. Good high speed Internet. All the basics you need. Helpful and friendly staff.

The breakfast was standard continental and was fine. This adds value to the package.

Good place if you are stopping for one night or need a cheap, reliable base in Amherst.

Stayed here for two nights while exploring the area. No frills facility, but very clean and comfortable. Seemed to be a cut above other Super 8's I have stayed at in the U.S. Breakfast was not extravegant, and the breakfast room was quite crowded, but overall a good place to stay.

We got the jr suite and I think it was quite pricey for what we got. The rooms were small and the pull out couch in the main room didn't have enough blankets. I didn't like that the sink was separate from the bathroom - reminds me of some very cheap motels I've stayed in on my travels.

The pool area was nice; however, the signs posted didn't mean anything to anyone so the place was run amok with people doing whatever they wanted. It really made me wonder why they even had cameras in that area.

We didn't need the room for the second night we booked but when we had tried to cancel that same day (early afternoon), we were told that wasn't possible because the cleaning staff had already left. Interestingly enough, we met up with one in the hallway on they way to the room. I am inclined to think that it was a slow weekend and they didn't want to lose a room rental. We ended up staying - the room was too much not to! - but next time I'm checking around Amherst first and if we need to stay at the Super 8, I'm getting a cheaper room as I'm sure it would be pretty much the same size for less money.

Possible the cleanest hotel I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. They allowed for an early early check in for a few hours of great swimming for my 8 year old before we needed to head out. The staff were so incredibly friendly, special thanks goes to Holy for making our stay fantastic and treating my son so special. Breakfast was good and fresh and area was also incredibly clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and will stay again in a heartbeat!
