My review.....if I travel back that way again I know where I will stay.

It is better in person that the photos online. We book all our reservations online and depend on the pictures to give us a visual. This was a well maintained motel with an easy freeway location. We need to use the front desk staff several times and they were always helpful. This is just what you are looking for if you are not seeking resort style lodging.

Disabled: They have a handicap room.

My husband and I stopped here after encountering some treacherous road conditions during a harsh winter storm. The motel was mostly full, but we were able to get a "junior suite." The military discount we received reduced the price to what we would expect for a standard room. The suite was very nice. Spotlessly clean and everything was in good condition. We were very happy with the friendly service we received at check in and check out, and the continental breakfast was plentiful and varied. We were impressed enough by this visit that we sought out another Super 8 for another unplanned motel stay later in our trip and we were similarly impressed by the second location.

The Super 8 is inexpensive and an overall good value. The hotel is literally right off the highway. Easy to find. We stayed on the highway side and traffic noise was not an issue. Room was clean though we found a piece of popcorn on the floor from the previous tenant. Otherwise, spotless. The beds are firm. Rooms big. Good high speed Internet. All the basics you need. Helpful and friendly staff.

The breakfast was standard continental and was fine. This adds value to the package.

Good place if you are stopping for one night or need a cheap, reliable base in Amherst.
