“Practical and Functional”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 June 2011

Decent accomodations and reasonable price. Room had love seat and double bed instead of two doubles, which was nice, but the TV was bolted to the dresser and could not be angled so you could sit on the sofa to watch comfortably. Otherwise room was clean and basic.
Free breakfast was very good (though eating area was small and in the lobby).
Not the quietest place to stay but good value for the price.

Room Tip: Smoking rooms downstairs, stay on second floor.

“Un-Comfort-able-Inn”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 September 2010

The hotel is located close to some restaurants and a shopping center. The room was clean. Right at check in already the lobby smelled quite heavily from smoke. Even the second floor, which accommodates non smoking rooms was smelly. If you want to get to the ice machine you either go outside to the lobby or take the smell inside. For a non smoker clearly a reason to pass by.
The air condition did not work, one knob was on a broken axle, the other two did not operate somehow. In turn there was a motor (house venting system?) on the outside that produced a strong humming sound all night long without interruption. If we had not noticed that at 10.30 pm we clearly had moved out again. Upon being asked about the stay I mentioned the experience much to the astonishment of the lady at the reception. Neither did she care much about that nor did she know about any outside motor. Her main concern was what the broken knob on the a/c might influence.
The breakfast was all right.

“checked in and checked out right away”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 July 2010

The Air conditioning in the room did not work, the room itself was very old and the carpet looked like it had not been vaccumed for awhile.
It was so hot in the room it was unbearable along with the "well worn" room/

The AC was basically a fan making a lot of noise and little else, the lock on the outside door did not work and I am a female traveller alone. I did not feel safe.

The only good thing was the extremely polite and helpful young women on the desk who did not hastle me to check out again, for that I do thank her.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone travelling.

“Perfect!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 August 2009

We were just passing through and stayed one night here. We arrived rather late and the front desk clerk was excellent. She greeted us warmly with a smile. She checked us in quickly without incident. All other staff I encountered were extremely friendly. The room was large, clean, and the free internet access is a plus. Overall, a really great experience, would surely stay here again!!
