I recently had occasion to have a Board meeting for a private company which I am Chairman of at the Woodlands Inn in Fort Nelson, British Columbia. The accomodations, service, and cleanliness were all first rate. The staff was very attentive, and reacted quickly to several last minute requests. Overall the experience was very positive. Kudos to all the Managers and staff involved.

We held a large workshop at Woodlands Inn this year and had a very good experience with them. The details of the workshop were extensive and the Woodlands Inn General Manager and staff fulfilled the details and expectations to the letter. Even changes we needed during that morning or during the day were addressed promptly and efficiently. I can’t say enough about their hospitality – they provided me with a suite to enable me to host a meeting with all 14 speakers the night before and that turned out to be as valuable as the workshop. The GM and staff were outstanding in friendliness, efficiency and responsiveness. The facility itself was clean and the food was great. None of us could believe the phenomenal smell wafting in as trays of freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies were carried in for our final coffee break. It certainly woke everyone up and kept attendees engaged in the final stretch of the workshop.
We had only good reviews of the day from attendees and speakers and the thanks go to Woodlands Inn General Manager and staff.

The overall property and amenities are is amazing.............
But the restaurant's quality of food is very bad and prepared without much knowledge.................

Good parking, with plug ins if needed, everyone was super helpful and friendly. Room very nice, clean, felt roomy. We both liked the bed. Laundry on site, located on lower level. Loonies (Canadian dollar coins) may be exchanged for US dollars, at the front desk for use in the laundry, at this time it's $ 3.00/ wash and 2.00/dry and detergent is also sold.

The restaurant and lounge have fantastic food and service! Package store is huge. Had a great time here.
