Hospitable B & B with classic architecture and comfortable rooms. The best part is the view, especially at breakfast from the outside porch, overlooking the harbor and the pretty town of Lunenburg.

What a find! A fabulous inn overlooking the waterfront. The rooms were impecably decorated, the parlours so inviting. Linda and Johnny the perfect innkeepers. Sweet and Saucy producing the best breakfasts in the dining room with a view of the harbour. Can't wait to come back. A complete package, no questions asked!!

Very enjoyable stay at this beautiful Heritage Inn. Lovely breakfast served in a room overlooking the harbour. Comfortable room. Highly recommended.

We could not have been more delighted with our stay! The decor was beautiful and we felt very welcome. Our favorite features were the jacuzzi tub, the view of the harbor from our 2nd story window, the comfortable bed and the scrabble board in the downstairs parlor which we didn't play with but will on our next visit.
The location was absolutely perfect as we were able to leave our car parked during our entire time in Lunenburg and could still visit everything we wanted. No reason to look anywhere else for lodging. The Boscawen is the best!
