We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. Close to the mountain. Wonderful food. Gorgeous room with fireplace. Heated pool for the kids. Terrific! We'll be back for certain. Now, to learn French...

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff was perhaps more helpful than any place I have ever stayed. The room (1 bedroom suite) was attractive, spacious and comfortable. My only gripe was the hot water. Sometimes it was hot, some times it was tepid. Not what I want when it is 10F outside.

We checked in on New Year's Day for a 2 night stay. Our one bedroom suite was clean, comfortable & well decorated. The kitchenette was well equiped (no oven, though), which can be very convenient if you prefer a casual diner, as restaurants in Tremblant are excellent, but pricy ($$$). We very much appreciated the shuttle service to the ski resort, and the outdoor spa is a real treat! Two thumbs up for the breakfast buffet: nice choice of food from cereals to pancakes (the pastries ... Mmm!), everything is hot and delicious, the plates are filled regularly. We also had a king-size bed, a Murphy bed + a sofa bed, and enough extra pillows ... the thing is the linen "rustled" at your slightest move ... so light sleepers, be warned (!)
The service is very good, every staff member we met was nice, polite and fluent in both English and French; except for a red-haired lady who was standing alone (serving no client) at the desk beside the reception: I checked in first, then my husband came later, carrying our luggages, and asked her for the direction to Room Number XX - he was served a rather sharp:"You have to wait in line at the front desk!". Thankfully, the bellboy has been much more helpful, and showed him the way to our room with no such fuss.

We booked the Chateau Beauvallon to celebrate the 40th birthday of our son. We estimated about 30 persons would be attending...children as well as adults. We were able to get a 4-bedroom suite with full kitchen facilities and a spacious living and dining area for the crowd. The suite was beautifully well decorated; the kitchen facilities were more than adequate...we brought utensils, etc. that we did not even need because they were all there. Place settings for 8 persons....we brought the rest of the dishes. We were able to get the suite only at 3:30 p.m. because of previous night occupancy. The hotel was very accommodating in letting us use a 3-bedroom suite (that some of our guests would be occupying) to start preparing our dinner as we were hosting a full course dinner for 30. The bellmen were more than willing to get all our things up to one suite, reload the trollies to bring them to the other suite and help us reload upon our departure...always a very ready smile. Guillaume, the one we used the most, was polite and very, very helpful. An indoor pool was great to get the children out of the suite and doing some exercise in the pool. Free full American breakfast for all. What more can you ask. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in a secluded area, who wants great service and excellent accommodations.
