This si our 5th time to this hotel(Used to be a Travelodge but no ore) ANyway, we go for a nice weekend getaway. Live close to Montreal so perfect fo us.. Nice room with a whirlpool tub fireplace and full kitchen.. Walkifn distance to everything.. Great staff. NIcolas greetd us Charity took our reservation... and Sam the owner is amazing... This is our 2nd trip to this hotel and have found that the staff really seem to enjoy working at this hotel. Lots of smiles! The room was clean and well equipped for our stay. Good value and comfortable.

Our weekend away from it all was perfect in part to our stay at this hotel. I booked on a recommendation from a friend and she did not steer me wrong. Almost everything in town is within walking distance back-dropped by the mountains. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. The well-stocked mini-kitchen allowed us the choice to eat out or stay in. The jacuzzi was much appreciated after a long walk along the aerobic corridor. The continental breakfast, which included hot breakfast fare, was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. All the hotel amenities, however, are over-shadowed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The concierge Charity was professional, knowledgeable, warm, witty and went above and beyond in our opinion. She offered many suggestions of things to do or see and gave us detailed directions and information on how to get there . We will recommend this hotel to others.

Our first room was very dirty. The bathtub was filty. There were sunflower seeds under the bed beside the night table and beside the small table. All table tops were dirty. I was transfered to another room the following day. The bathroom was clean however the rubber mat was full of holes and the bottom part of the linen shower curtain was full of pink mold. My husband cleaned the air conditioner filters as they were extremely dusty. You could see the dust coming out of the bathroom ceiling fan. We were not impressed.

Breakfast was included and we can say that it was good.

When we booked, we asked if they had a pool and were told yes that there was an outside pool. However, it was not mentioned that the pool was across the road (a few blocks away). We requested a room on the main level as both my husband and I have back problems. Consequently, we did not use the pool as it was too far.
